The Idea was generated last year 2014 during the Month of Holy Ramadan. Where we come to know that there is NO specific web portal which accommodates all consumer requirements, there was only one manual way to approach restaurants to confirm your reservation over the phone, number of iftar items and menu deals which was a hectic job for restaurants managers and users as well. Now imagine, if you have to approach every single of Restaurants how much time it would have consumed at consumer ends to make a final deal. Similarly, there was not surety at Restaurant Management end whether the reservation person will visit their restaurant to enjoy their services. To overcome, this hurdle we proceed with this idea and implemented successfully.

We have tried to accommodate as much as we can to Restaurant Owners. Imagine, managers are Free from hectic job by taking calls, explaining the deals and make reservation over the phone. They will be having a dashboard where they will be getting all reservations and client Information. With this Information they can make a call in return and confirm it. Secondly, the dashboard will be giving them a real picture how people rate their services and how much they are interested in your services.  Using these statistics, they will be having a clear financial position and able to introduce more services in the future.

The most important issue which was in our mind what level of success it will gain as there are various Online Food Portal in Pakistan. I was confident over our application as it was a unique idea which was not initiated by other company. Secondly, credit goes to the Team of Restaurant Mania who coup up with the challenge and deliver it at their best.
